Global Trekkers
, our school-based international programme connects students to the world by learning different culture. This lesson features the food culture of China. Through making dumplings, we hope learners can understand and carry on the art of Chinese culture
. Also, we hope to build a strong bond in students’ families
as dumplings are symbols of togetherness.
